Comment Letter on File No. 4-519 I have been receiving multiple spam messages on a daily basis. Below are only two with complete headers that I have received today. This does not give me confidence in the sercurities system in this country. I have tried contacting the originating ISP, but have had e-mails returned or undelivered. Please stop this kind of spam.
