Andrew Mattiske is a consultant to the mining industry who specialises in regulatory approvals, legislative compliance, community relations, safety and environmental management systems. He has an honours degree in Chemical Engineering and has worked for more than 20 years in mining and smelting operations in Australia & the Netherlands. The Minerals Council of Australia is the peak national body representing Australia’s exploration, mining and minerals processing industry, nationally and internationally, in its contribution to sustainable economic, and social development.
