Azerbaijan`s Minister of Communications and High Technologies Ramin Guluzade informed President Ilham Aliyev and his wife Mehriban Aliyeva of the exhibition. President Ilham Aliyev, first lady Mehriban Aliyeva and Vice­President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva viewed pavilions of the exhibition. President Ilham Aliyev answered questions of Euronews and Russia­24 channels as he toured Bakutel 2017. 2 3 The 23rd Azerbaijan International Telecommunications and Information Technologies Exhibition and Conference, Bakutel 2017 opened at Baku Expo Centre on the 5th of De- cember, which marked the beginning of High Technologies Week. This year’s Bakutel has gathered 192 companies from 20 countries worldwide and has become the main business platform for international business contacts.
