ORDER Since a Corona positive case has been reported through e-mail from Civil Surgeon, Muktsar Sahib () in Ward No. 21, Near Darpan Cinema, Mandi Dabwali (District ), therefore, the area/street comprising of closed shop of Sh. Chini s/o Sh. Gurbachan Singh to house of Sh. Gurmeet s/o Sh. Nachhater Singh (on one side) and main street opposite to house/shop (on another side) in Ward No. 21, Near Darpan Cinema, Mandi Dabwali, is hereby declared as Containment Zone and rest of the surrounding area of Ward No. 21, Mandi Dabwali is declared as Buffer Zone for all the purposes and objective as prescribed in the protocol of ncoViID-19 District Containment Plan (Health Department) to prevent its spread in the adjoining areas. However, to prevent/contain its further spread and to break cycle of transmission morbidity due to cOVID- 19 in the adjoining areas, the following action plan as provided under the protocol is prescribed to carry out active search for cases through physical house to house surveilance; testing of all suspect cases as per sampling guidelines; contact tracing; strict enforcement of social distancing; clinical management of all confirmed cases; search in Buffer Zone. quarantine; isolation and other public health measures in the Containment Zone and passive

Civil Surgeon, Sirsa will deploy maximum number of teams comprising of Asha Workers, ANMs etc. for of the entire conducting door to door surveillance/screening/thermal scanning of each and every person households falling in the Containment Zone. He will also deploy adequate number of Lady Health Visitors (LHVs) for close supervision of these activities. All the staff on duty shall be provided with personal protective equipments and other required devices for screening/thermal scanning etc. by the Civil Surgeon, Sirsa. A Control Room shall be set up in UPHC, Chauhan Nagar, Mandi Dabwali. Sh. Rajesh Kumar, TGT (Math.) (94667-79977) GSSS, Mandi Dabwali shall be the incharge of this Control Room. P.C., 1973 for maintenance of law & order, round the clock, in the Containment and Buffer Zone. The entire areas of Containment Zone and Buffer Zone will be fully got sanitized by Secretary, Municipal Council, Dabwali, daily. It shall be ensured by him that the staff deployed for complete sanitization of the locality is adequately provided with personal protective equipments viz. face masks, gloves, caps, sanitizers, shoes and also follow social distancing norms.
