2019 White Bear Dance Center Disney Experience Registration Deadline: Saturday, November 17th, 2018

Itinerary: These are the dates and events that all Disney Performance Dancers or families are required to attend. The rest of the time can be planned by individual families to enjoy their Walt Disney World Vacation. Arrival and Departure dates from Florida, as well as transportation methods, are also at the discretion of each individual family.

1. All rehearsals (Jan 2019-July 2019) are very important, but Disney Camp 2019 8/6-8/8, Sunday 9/29 and Sunday 10/27 are Mandatory. Rehearsal schedules and times will be available late December 2018.

2. Sunday, November 24th, 2019 at 6:00pm-White Bear Dance Center will perform their Minnesota showing of “WBDC’s Ugly Sweater Party” 2019 at the White Bear Lake Armory. This show is free for all family members, friends and anyone in the community with a food shelf donation. Dancers will need to be at the Armory in costume, hair, and make-up at 1:00pm. Doors will open at 5:45pm for audience.

3. Monday, November 25th , 2019 5:30-8:00pm is the Disney Costume Drop Off at WBDC.

3. Thursday, December 5th, 2019 5:00-6:00pm is the Mandatory rehearsal at Disney’s Port Orleans-Riverside Resort. No exceptions. Rehearsal will begin promptly at 5:00pm, please plan to arrive by 4:45pm. This will be the final rehearsal. All dancers need to be wearing tennis shoes. All dancers will receive their costumes at this rehearsal.

4. Friday, December 6th, 2019 Performance at Disney Springs. **Show Time is determined by Walt Disney World Entertainment 2 weeks in advance.**

5. Saturday, December 7th, 2019 Performance at Disney Springs. **Show Time is determined by Walt Disney World Entertainment 2 weeks in advance.**

Accommodations: Family and friends can choose to stay anywhere they would like in Florida. These are options at a discounted group rate for Walt Disney World Property. Disney’s Port Orleans-Riverside will be the meeting location for rehearsal and performance days. Although you can get anywhere using Disney transportation, there is no direct transportation from Riverside and Pop Century. Please note if you have a car and are staying at a Disney Resort there is a parking fee. Please check the website for the resort of your choice for more information and pricing. These fees will be paid by each family upon check-in and not pre-paid with WBDC.

Dancer Package: Each dancer, age 5-18, must purchase a Dancer Package for $785. This will include costumes (minus shoes, tights, jewelry that are standard in WBDC programs), props, luxury motor coach transportation for each performance day, all rehearsals (Jan-Dec), 25 minute custom choreographed show, 3 performances, audition/application/shipping fees, and custom dancer only “WBDC’s Ugly Sweater Party” apparel.

Theme Park Tickets: Everyone traveling with WBDC may purchase a theme park ticket at the discounted group pricing. All Dancers MUST purchase a theme park ticket. The performance area is located at Disney Springs and this is a non-ticketed area, but all Dancers have to purchase a ticket to participate in the program. We do recommend planning a day that does not have a WBDC event to enjoy the Walt Disney World theme parks to the fullest. The below prices do include tax.

Ticket types: 1. Starter Pack Tickets include 1 park per day. 2. Park Hopper Tickets allow ticket holders to switch between the 4 theme parks throughout the day. 3. Premium Tickets allow ticket holders to switch parks through out the day plus additional admission to Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, ESPN Wide World Of Sports, Fantasia Gardens Mini Golf and Winter Summerland Mini Golf. 3 Day Ticket=3 additional options, 4 Day Ticket=4 additional options, 5 Day Ticket=5 additional options and 6 Day Ticket=6 additional options.

All theme park tickets need to be purchased one ticket per person. You can not share a ticket. All tickets expire at the end of your WBDC Disney Vacation. These prices are for dancers and ALL Family members/Friends that are accompanying them on this adventure, registered with WBDC. Tickets are non- refundable by WBDC or Walt Disney World.

Rehearsals: Rehearsals for “WBDC’s Ugly Sweater Party” 2019 will begin January 2019 planned around the existing WBDC schedule. Rehearsals will run through November 2019. A detailed rehearsal schedule will be available late December 2018.

Financial Specifics: Sign-up begins Wednesday, August 1st, 2018 and runs through Saturday, November 17th, 2018. To complete registration, fill out registration/ticket/accommodations/payment plan form and return it with $200 non-refundable deposit to WBDC front desk. A confirmation e-mail will be sent confirming all travel plans in December 2018.

Payments may be made at the front desk or online through your WBDC account. Family members traveling with WBDC, but that do not have a WBDC dancer will receive their own WBDC sign-on to their own account to be able to make online payments after registration. Any family that wants automatic payments set up for their Disney payments must use the Credit Card saved on file that is utilized for regular WBDC payments. If anyone wishes to use a different form of payment should not opt for autopay and should sign-in to their account to make Disney Payments. WBDC can only store/utilize 1 credit card at a time. Individual users can change between cards as many times as they wish. Late payments on Disney Payments may result in cancellation of trip with no refunds.

Changes to hotel and ticket reservations may be made with Jenny through Thursday May 23rd, 2019 in writing. After this date, Disney must first be contacted in order to confirm all changes. There will be no changes of any kind after August 2nd, 2019.

Cancellations:

$200 Deposit: Non-Refundable

Dancer Package: Money will be refunded for all costumes, accessories, and props that have not already been purchased (otherwise you will receive those items) and all un-used rehearsal time on an individual basis at the point of cancellation. There are no refunds of any kind for any other items stated in Dancer Package outline. There will be no refunds of any kind after April 1st, 2019.

Theme park tickets and room reservations: These items are subject to different dates based around the restrictions of the room, ticket, and performance packages with Walt Disney World and will also be dealt with on an individual basis. Partial or non refundable items or reservations, based on restrictions and regulations of Walt Disney World, may be out of WBDC’s control. WBDC will not be responsible for any refunds of theme park ticket or room reservation money, non-refundable from Disney. Last minute emergency cancellations will also be dealt with on an individual basis

Magic Bands: Please watch for more information regarding Magic Bands and Fast Pass+ for the WBDC Disney Experience in Summer of 2019.

Disney’s Magical Express: Disney’s Magical Express is a complimentary luxury motor coach service to and from Orlando International Airport/your Disney Resort. Unfortunately, this is not an option for families not staying on Disney property.

Dancing at WBDC: All dancers must be enrolled in classes at WBDC through the Disney Performances in December of 2019.
