Disney Destinations Welcomes You to Disney Hospitality Days Your Destinations Sales Team would like to celebrate all your hard work and provide you with opportunities to learn more about our Theme Parks by experiencing all we have to offer. The Disney Hospitality Days Pass entitlements are explained below. The Disney Hospitality Days Pass entitles the pass holder and his or her Guest accompanying the pass holder to each of the following one (1) time (except on block-out dates): • Admission to Magic Kingdom® Park • Admission to Epcot® • Admission to Disney's Hollywood Studios® • Admission to Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park • Admission to Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park • Admission to Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park • Admission to DisneyQuest® Indoor Interactive Theme Park • Admission to ESPN Wide World of Sports® Complex (valid only on event days; some events require a separate admission charge) • One Round of Miniature Golf at Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course (round must start prior to 4:00 pm.) • One Round of Miniature Golf at Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course (round must start prior to 4:00 pm.) The Walt Disney World® Resort Guest experience is evolving with the introduction of MyMagic+, which will help Guests design and personalize their theme park visits like never before. Disney Hospitality Days Pass – Enclosed you will find your Disney Hospitality Days Pass and a Guest Pass. These are an important part of your admission privileges. You must bring your Disney Hospitality Days Pass PLUS the Guest Pass for the Guest accompanying you in to the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks. At the end of your visit, collect the Guest Pass from your Guest and retain for future use. It is important to note that your Disney Hospitality Days Pass alone is not valid for Guest admission and that the Guest Pass may only be used in conjunction with your Disney Hospitality Days Pass. At this time please Do Not link your Disney Hospitality Days Pass or Guest Pass on our MyDisneyExperience website or through our mobile app. Your pass allows you to make same-day, same-park FastPass+ selections via the in park kiosks. The Disney Hospitality Days Pass also entitles the pass holder to park one car in the Magic Kingdom® Parking Lot, Epcot® Parking Lot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios® Parking Lot or Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Parking Lot while using the Pass at those locations. The Disney Hospitality Days pass holder along with the accompanying Guest (if applicable) may go directly to the Main Entrance for the above locations for admission/visit. A valid photo ID may be required to be shown at the time of each admission/visit. The Disney Hospitality Days Pass may not be used after the last validity date stated on the Pass. Pass is not valid for re- entry back into the park. Pass may not be used on the block-out dates in effect for this Pass, which block-out dates are subject to change and addition. The block-out dates for the Disney Hospitality Days Pass can be obtained by calling 407- 566-7271 ext. 3113 or by visiting www.disneyhospitalitydays.com and clicking on the Block-out Dates tab. General Provisions: 1. Alcoholic beverages and glass containers may not be brought into any Walt Disney World Theme Park or attraction. 2. Parks, attractions or entertainment may change operating hours; close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of the Walt Disney World Resort. 3. Some activities/events, including events at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, may be separately priced. 4. Tickets and passes are not valid for special or premium events or other activities which are separately priced or for any park commencing operations after May 1, 1998. 5. All tickets and passes are revocable. 6. Each ticket or pass admits one person. 7. The Primary Pass is not transferable and must be used by the same person on any and all days. 8. Disney is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or passes. 9. Ticket/Pass and Ticket Tag biometric confirmation required for entry. 10. It is agreed between owners of the Walt Disney World Resort and ticket or pass users that all claims for injury or loss arising incident to presence on owners’ property shall be litigated in Florida. 11. The owners of the Walt Disney World Resort shall not be liable for non-utilization of ticket or pass components or loss of recreational opportunities due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, special or premium events or any circumstances beyond their control. 12. The owners of the Walt Disney World Resort reserve the right to refuse admittance to any person or persons. 13. Disney Hospitality Days Pass privileges may not be sold, bartered or exchanged for any goods, services or benefits. If your acceptance of this pass would violate the policies of your employer, please return this pass to us.
