No.308 of Thammarajupalli village, Panyam Mandal, Kurnool District for a period of 10 years in favour of M/s. Sai Stone Crushers Partners of Sri S. Satyanarayana Reddy, Vide Procds: No. 3113/M4/2005, dated: 13-02-2008, DDMG, Kurnool and the QL deed was executed vide ADMG, Banaganapalli Vide Procds: No. 824/M4/2008, dated: 06-05-2008and the same has been valid up to 05-05-2008. In view of the circumstances stated above permission is hereby accorded for inclusion of Gravel as additional mineral in earlier grant order issued for road metal over an extent of 0.597 hectares in Sy. No.308 of Thammarajupalli village, Panyam Mandal, Kurnool District for the un expired portion of lease period up to 06-05-2008 in favour of M/s.Sai Stone Crushers Partners of Sri S.Satyanarayana Reddy under Rule 12 (1) of APMMC Rules 1966 vide Prods: No. Procds: No. 3113/M4/2005, dated: 13-02-2008 DDMG, Kurnool. M/s.Sai Stone Crushers Partners of Sri S.Satyanarayana Reddy, has filed an application for grant of 1st renewal of Quarry Lease for Road Metal and Gravel over an extent of 0.597 hectares in Sy. No.308 of Thammarajupalli village, Panyam Mandal, Kurnool District in the office of 1 ADM&G, Kurnool on 29-01-2009 in Meeseva and received in office on 29-01- 2009. Now submission of Approved Mining Plan is mandatory along with consent for Establishment from A.P.Pollution Control Board & Environmental Clearance from Ministry of Environment & Forest as per Environment Impact Assessment Notification through S.O.1533, dated:14-09-2006. In this connection it is submitted that as envisaged in the Environment Impact Assessment (EIA ) Notification, 14th September, 2006, the mining projects with lease area of 5Ha and above irrespective of the mineral ( major or minor) to obtain prior environment clearance under the provisions thereof. Further all Category A and Category B1 projects shall under take public consultation in accordance to EIA Notification, 2006. Further the Government of India, Ministry of Environment & Forest vide office memorandum No. L- 11011/47/2011-IA.II(M), Dated: 18th May, 2012 in order to ensure compliance of the Honourable Supreme Court Dated:27.02.2012 in I.A.12-13 of 2011 in SLP( C ) No. 19628-19629 of 2009, instruction were issued that all the mining projects of minor minerals including their renewal, irrespective of the size of the lease would hence forth require prior environment clearance. The Government of India vide Notification No. 141(E), Dt: 15.01.2016 notified guidelines for construction of District Level Environment Impact Assessment Authorities and other guidelines for issue of Environmental clearances for minor mineral leases for an extent of less than 5.00 hec. etc., accordingly, mining plan become a pre-requisite for obtaining Environmental clearance. Hence a Provision to the effect that quarry operations for minor minerals shall be conducted in accordance with the approved mining plan has to be incorporated by the State Government vide G..O.Ms. No. 56, Inds.& Comm. (M.II) Department, Dated:30.04.2016. Pinnapuram IREP will comprise of two reservoirs to be constructed in existing natural depressions with low height embankments of average height 12-14m (with maximum height 40m) to create the desired storage capacity. This Project is standalone in nature and both the reservoirs are located away from all existing natural water systems and have no/negligible catchment area. Water will be lifted one time from existing Gorakallu Reservoir irrigation system and will be stored in the reservoirs to be constructed and used cyclically for energy storage and discharge. Evaporation losses, if any will be recouped periodically. This Project envisages non-consumptive re-utilization of 1TMC of water for recirculation among two proposed reservoirs.

Morphological analysis following descriptive statistics revealed considerable variability among 90 mango cultivars which was confirmed by molecular analysis with 109 mango-specific SSRs. Jaccard’s similarity co-efficient ranged between 0.35 and 0.85 signifying a wide range (15-65%) of intraspecific diversity at molecular level in mango. A dendrogram based on application of unweighted pair group method using arithmetic average cluster analysis demonstrated four genotypic groups among the varieties studied.
