This is the third edition of this manual and while there are a number of improvements from previous editions, over 90% of the material remains the same as the 2002 edition. The content will continue to evolve to conform to the Coaching Association of Canada’s Competency Based Education Theory (CBET). You will quickly find out that this manual is not a recipe book for paddling workouts. Instead, this manual will teach you how to design and create your own workouts that are unique to you and prepared for your team’s needs.
