Jacobs and Arup have formed the joint venture, ASJV (now referred to as the Integrated Project Team (IPT)), for the delivery of the project. The improvements to be made include town bypasses, wider roads, more passing lanes, flattening crests and easing curves, safer roadsides, more rest stops and additional facilities for heavy vehicles.
