TSX.V: WNDR 13 OTC: WDRFF Wonderfilm movies retain the Potential for millions of dollars of revenue from a breakout success like SAW or Get Out, which would propel Wonderfilm and its revenue streams to a new level.

Wonderfilm has several potential breakout films in its development/production queue.

Some Recent Industry Breakout films include: SAW $1.2 million budget • $103.9 million in sales. Pulp Fiction $8 million budget • $212 million in sales My Big Fat Greek Wedding $5 million budget • $250 million in sales Lost in Translation $4 million budget • $120 million in sales Get Out $4.5 million budget • $255.5 million sales (Wonderfilm’s Shaun Redick)

Note: The Company’s revenue projections do not factor in breakout films.

TSX.V: WNDR 14 OTC: WDRFF

The nature of the film business means most box office revenue lags production by a couple years. Wonderfilm’s first higher profile films such as the Fanatic and Primal are just now being released in theatres and delivered to clients.

Looking forward a year or two, our newest producing partner, Shaun Redick, will start releasing films for Wonderfilm. His recent track record includes several breakout hit films.

and Made for $15 million Made for $4.5 million $100 million in earnings $400 million worldwide earnings

These numbers demonstrate the very strong potential for the first Shaun Redick/Wonderfilm release to meet or exceed past success with several strong scripts already in development.

In tandem with the slate of high profile films, Wonderfilm continues to finance, produce and deliver many profitable lower budget films that are base hits, while Shaun is a home run hitter. However, the base hits such as Zombie Tidal Wave, provide a consistent source of revenue.

Revenue from most of Wonderfilm’s current slate will be recorded on the books in 2020 or 2021.

TSX.V: WNDR 20 OTC: WDRFF Launched at the Cannes Film Festival in 2019, Wonderfilm Global is a film and television sales/distribution joint venture between Wonderfilm Media Corp and 101 Films.

Wonderfilm Global CEO is Andy Lyon based in the London office with Wonderfilm’s Jeff Bowler running US operations and acquisitions.

Revenue is generated through pre-sales of Wonderfilm projects and at times third-party films. The average Wonderfilm movie is pre- sold for $5M, garnering $500,000 to $750,000 per sale as a sales commission. These commissions now stay in-house with Wonderfilm Global expecting to sell 10 to 12 third party films over the next 12 months, generating roughly $6M in commission income.

A further revenue source is generated from theatrical sales through a 50/50 upside split, once the minimum sales threshold is met. An example would be a film sold for $5M that does $20M in box office sales, Wonderfilm would be entitled to 50% of the $15M generated above the guaranteed $5M.

Beyond distribution, producer and production fees are charged directly to each Wonderfilm project, ranging from $100K – $500k based upon the film’s total budget. These fees are included in the production budget and are paid to Wonderfilm.

Wonderfilm Global has offices in Vancouver, Beverly Hills, London, Ireland, Seoul and China.

TSX.V: WNDR 21 OTC: WDRFF Wonderfilm productions are structured to start generating a return to the Company as soon as the camera starts rolling.

BEFORE DELIVERY Producer Fees: Line item fees in each production budget, ranging from $50,000 - $500,000 depending on the total 1 budget, are paid to Wonderfilm, usually on the first day of principle photography.

Distribution: Wonderfilm Global charges sales and distribution fees to each production budget to cover its pre-sales 2 costs, plus Wonderfilm gains overages, once the budgeted pre-sale threshold has been achieved.

Note: Wonderfilm’s productions are all structured to minimize risk by matching budget to funds available.

AFTER DELIVERY Unsold Territories: Some countries are left off the pre-sale list, either for strategic reasons or the broadcaster/distributor 3 is waiting to see the completed film. These outside the budget sales become Wonderfilm profit centers.

Library: Each production adds to Wonderfilm’s growing library for future sales. Depending on the agreement after four or seven years, all movie rights return to Wonderfilm for future worldwide exploitation. However, please note that 4 regardless of length of agreement, all Wonderfilm productions begin returning profits back to the Company once the agreed pre-sale minimum threshold is met.
