PROJECTSUMMARY Desert Blume, Cypress County PROJECT TYPE: Stats: Planning, Functional Servicing Report, Design and Construction LOCATION: Cypress County, AB PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Desert Blume project is a CLIENT: 130 ha development that Desert Blume Developments featured a championship golf course and exclusive residential community. The development is located in the Seven Persons Creek valley, which is home to Federally protected animal species. The golf course is completed and the residential community is over 80% built-out. SERVICES WE PROVIDED: Planning, functional servicing report, detailed design, construction management. NB DIEPPE MTN MONCTON Therefore, the rates and charges in all Day & Ross taris applying for Moncton will also apply for Dieppe. Changes and Exceptions This application may not be used when rates are published specically for a non-basing point, such as Dieppe. Therefore, that specic named point in a customer tari will take precedence, regardless of whether Moncton is also published in that tari. Rates beyond Corner Brook to Labrador points are seasonal rates only. During the winter when the ferry is unable to run, rates via air will apply where service available. Otherwise, freight will not be accepted to Labrador unless serviceable over Quebec City. Rates to some Northwest, Nunavut, Yukon Territories, and Labrador points are subject to change during winter and spring break-up due to ice roads being impassible and ferries unable to run.
