I submit herewith the One Hundred Seventeenth Annual Report of Winneshiek County, the purpose being to give in a concise and simple form the receipts and expenditures of the county, together with such other information as is deemed of interest to the taxpayers.

It is hoped that a study of this report will be the means of familiarizing the taxpayers with the finances of the county.

Our services are offered at all times in ascertaining facts with regard to anything connected with this office. The same cordial treatment is extended from every office in the Courthouse.
