Our Time Here We are situated in a central position, away from the hustle and bustle of the main town but close enough to have everything we need on our doorstep. This is a quiet and peaceful place to live and there are plenty of routes for walking – we enjoy taking the dog out through the footpaths into the fields. The train station is a short stroll away, while road links and bus services make it simple to get wherever we need to go. When you first step into our home you are met with a welcoming atmosphere, which was one of the reasons we bought it – each room is light and airy with large windows. The layout is brilliant; the living and dining areas are generously-sized and have made it a fantastic family home for bringing up our three boys. There is plenty of adaptable space too, you are drawn towards the garden which is a large area where we have had many parties throughout the years – we’ve hosted 80 people here with ease as everything flows perfectly. Having the choice of either coastal or country lifestyles is something we love, we can be strolling along the pier, dining at seafood restaurants and taking in beautiful seaside views, or unwinding in the relaxing countryside. There is always something to keep you entertained too, whether that’s a visit to the Astor Theatre or enjoying live music, especially in the summer along the front! There is so much we are going to miss about this home and our lovely neighbours. It is perfect for a family as it offers everything you could possibly need but now is the right time for us to downsize to something smaller in the area.
