ORDER Sri N. Kedareshwar has filed 2nd appeal dated 18-04-2017 which was received by this Commission on 28-04-2017 for not getting the information sought by him from the Public Information Officer/ Deputy Tahsildar, Bheemgal Mandal, Bheemgal, Nizamabad District and 1st Appellate Authority / Revenue Divisional Officer, Armoor Division, Armoor, Nizamabad District. The brief facts of the case as per the appeal and other records received along with it are that the appellant herein filed an application dated 20-01-2017 before the PIO requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, on the following points mentioned in his application: Since the appellant did not receive the information from the Public Information Officer, he filed 1st appeal dated 21-02-2017 before the 1st Appellate Authority requesting him to furnish the information sought by him u/s 19(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. Stating that he did not received any information, he filed 2nd appeal before this Commission requesting to take action against the Public Information Officer and First Appellate Authority for not furnishing information sought by him and also to arrange to furnish the information sought by him.

Know the Persian sources of Maratha history. 1.1 INTRODUCTION The history of Marathas can be best studied with the help of first hand source material like Bakhars, State papers, court Histories, Chronicles and accounts of contemporary travelers, who came to India and made observations of Maharashtra during the period of Marathas. The Maratha scholars and historians had worked hard to construct the history of the land and people of Maharashtra. Among such scholars people like Kashinath Sane, Rajwade, Khare and Parasnis were well known luminaries in this field of history writing of Maratha. Kashinath Sane published a mass of original material like Bakhars, Sanads, letters and other state papers in his journal Kavyetihas Samgraha for more eleven years during the nineteenth century. There is much more them contribution of the Bharat Itihas Sanshodhan Mandal, Pune to this regard.

Narayana Rao, a political scientist and Deputy Director of the National Institute of Community Development in Hyderabad who has specialized in the study of Andhra Pradesh politics, examines one of the earliest and most enduring attempts by a state government in India to influence the patterns of internal migration. The policy of intervention began in 1868 when the traditional ruler of Hyderabad State initiated steps to ensure that local people (or as they are called in Urdu, mulkis) would be given preferences in employment in the administrative services, a policy that continues, in a more complex form, to the present day. A high rate of population growth for the past two decades, a rapid expansion in education, and a low rate of industrial growth have combined to create a major problem of scarce employment opportunities in Andhra Pradesh as in most of India and, indeed, in many countries in the third world. It is not surprising therefore that there should be political pressures for controlling the labor market by those social classes in the urban areas that are best equipped to exercise political power.

ORDER Sri CH. Manohar has filed 2nd appeal dated 22-10-2018 which was received by this Commission on 25-10-2018 for not getting the information sought by him from the Public Information Officer / Deputy Tahsildar, Nizamabad North Mandal, Nizamabad District and the 1st Appellate Authority/ Revenue Divisional Officer, Nizamabad, Nizamabad District. The brief facts of the case as per the appeal and other records received along with it are that the appellant herein filed an application dated 07-08-2018 before the Public Information Officer requesting to furnish the information under Sec. 6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005TSIC on the following points mentioned: Stating that the appellant did not get any response from the Public Information Officer, he filed 1st appeal dated 10-09-2018 before the 1st Appellate Authority requesting him to furnish the information sought by him u/s 19(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. Stating that the appellant did not get any response from the Public Information Officer and the First Appellate Authority, he preferred this 2nd appeal before this Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him u/s 19(3) of the RTI Act, 2005.

Noorjahan, Principal, University PG College and all PG centres. Three resource persons were contacted Dr. A. Gayatri Devi, Yoga trainer, Asst Prof Dept of chemistry, Osmania University, Hyderabad, Dr. N. Chandra Kiran, yoga practioner, Asst. Prof. Dept of Chemistry, Palamuru University, Mahabubnagar and Mr. Ramu Master, Director, Dyana Osmania Foundation, Hyderabad and they readily agreed, Webinar turned out to be excellent. In the first introduction about EBSB has been explained by Dr S N Arjun Kumar Nodal officer EBSB and later Dr M. Noorjahan principal University PG College has addressed the gathering and we have invited Dr A Gayatri madam to start the ppt session on yoga, mudras, pranayama and question & answer session was conducted. Soon after the ppt presentation and Q&A session Dr. N Chandra kiran sir has been invited to start practical session on yoga (live demonstration). After this session master Ramu sir started orientation on meditation. The session was ended with interaction with participants and formal vote of thanks. The Webinar flyer is prepared by the Nodal Officer Dr S N Arjun Kumar and circulated in all the whats’ app groups on 20th June 2020 and 208 respondents has been attended.
