Dunstan, Chairman of the Board. The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all members of the Board. Instead of the State of Illinois being a participant, it is the contractor that is the participant.* Ms. Hawkins moved, seconded by Ms. Glasper to approve the amended February 20, 2013 minutes.
