CBU has been a D-II powerhouse in recent years, posting a 112-50 (.691) mark through its last three seasons. The conference’s head coaches showed their collective respect by voting them fifth in the WAC Preseason Poll. Like the Lopes have recently experienced, CBU will be ineligible for the WAC Tournament and NCAA Tournament for its first four seasons at the Division I level while it undergoes its transition.
