However as per the High Court direction vide order dated 19.1.2018 against CM No.1453/2018 and W.P (C)526/ 2018 between Shri Anumula Revantha Reddy versus Election Commission of India, a letter from Garikapati Mohan Rao, MP (Rajya Sabha) enclosing therewith representation dated 18th July, 2017 from Shri A. Ravanth Reddy MLA, working President, Telugu Desam Party, Telanagana had been dealt in the Commission.
