I would like to commence this communication with a profound appreciation of the outgoing Chairman, Brigadier Neville Reilly who gave his best to this bulletin in terms of time as well as insight.

This Bulletin remains an expression of the commitment that the world’s largest military coalition has for the establishment of peace and stability at the global level. The War on Terror is an ongoing phenomenon that is likely to remain for some time to come. Whereas the military cooperation that combines its efforts to defeat the scourge of terrorism remains intact and alive, there is greater realisation and understanding that military operations can only shape the environment for peace; but cannot by themselves win the peace for all times to come. It is why, nations of the world have brought forward expertise, resource and funding On photos: During the award ceremony. to conflict torn regions in the endeavour and the hope to resolve matters so closely inter-woven in the fabric of social and human optimisation.
