Results of the Teams will count for competition of International Trophy of Figure Skating European Criterium. Entries: All ISU members and clubs, members of National Figure Skating Federations associated in I.S.U., are invited to take part at the competition. Each member and club can enter 2 competitors in each category (2 males and 2 females). Organizing union and club takes right to enter more competitors. The number of competitors could be reduced in case of more than 30 entries in one category. Categories: JUNIORS, age and requirements in accordance to I.S.U. -Rules Men and Ladies short program and free program NOVICES, girls born in 1992 NOVICES, girls born in 1993 Competition only in Free programs, 3min +/-10sec NOVICES, boys born in 1992/93 Competition only in Free programs, 3min 30sec +/-10sec DEBS,girls born in 1994 DEBS, girls born in 1995 Competition only in Free programs, 3min +\-10 sec DEBS, boys born in 1994/95 Competition only in Free programs, 3min 30sec +\-10 sec SPRINGS, girls born in 1996 SPRINGS, girls born in 1997 Competition only in Free programs, 2min 30sec +/- 10 sec SPRINGS, boys born in 1996/97 Competition only in Free programs, 3min +/- 10 sec CUBS, girls born in 1998 CUBS, girls born in 1999 or younger Competition only in Free programs, 2min +/- 10 sec CUBS, boys born in 1998 or younger Competition only in Free programs 2min 30sec +/- 10 sec SKATE CELJE 2007 Calculation of results: Results for NOVICES and JUNIORS will be calculated in the new ISU Judging System. Results for groups CUBS to DEBS will be calculated in accordance to I.SU. Regulations 1998, Rules 353 to 357 (OBO- System). Judges: Each invited member or club which has entries in at least two categories can enter one International Judge or Judge for I.S.U. Championships. Full board expenses in the Hotel Štorman*** will be covered by organizer from dinner on November 8th until lunch on November 12th 2007. In case of too many entries, panels of judges will be drawn on October 19th 2007. Written confirmation will be sent to each club by 27th October 2007 via fax or E-mail. Expenses: Organizer covers the expenses of competition, awards and presents ; Transfer expenses to and from Celje and accommodation will not be covered by the organizer. Except for invited judges organizer will cover accommodation in Hotel Štorman***. In the case when the member or club entry one Judge, organizer covers the expenses for full board for Team Leader or Coach for the time when Judge to judge. Music: Music will be reproduced from CD. CD must be labelled by names of competitors, club and category which they enter. CD must be deliverd immediately after team´s arrival to Organizing Committee. Accommodation: All participants, except judges, pay the accommodation by themselves. Responsibility: In accordance to I.S.U. Regulations, Rule 119, all participants act on their own responsibility. Organizer will provide medical emmergency aid during competition. Awards: The first three best placed competitors in each event will be awarded by special presents, others by diplomas. The best placed team will be awarded by Cup. Duties: All participating clubs should provide their all best placed competitors to take part at final Ice Show at the end of competition and all present competitors to take part at the Opening Ceremony. Deadline for entries: All entries (competitors, judges, team leaders, coaches, other attendants) are expected to be mailed recommended and received at organizer´s address not later then by October 15th 2007. If possible fax or E-mail entries are appreciated. Charges: 30 EUR is to be paid for each competitor at the Registration before the competition. SKATE CELJE 2007 Others: 1. Office of Organizing Committee will be located at the Ice Rink and will be on disposal from Wednesday, November 8th and Sunday, November 12th during the competition and practice time. 2. Participating teams should announce changes in their teams immediately after their arrival to Celje. 3. Celje can be reached by car and train from Vienna, Trieste, Munich, Zagreb and by plane to Airports in Ljubljana, Zagreb, Trieste, Venezia, Wien and Graz. Organizer can arrange transportation from Airports to Celje on the cost of participant team. 4. Contact person for all further information is: Mr. Ivan PFEIFER, President of SC Celje. General 1. Entries Entries to the competitions are made by the ISU Members (for International Competitions) or Sections/Clubs (for Interclub Competitions), which must be a member of the ISU Member, based on the age and the level of the Skaters. 2. Age requirements Rule 108, paragraph 3) c) In International Novice Competitions a Novice is a Skater who has met the following requirements before July 1st preceding the competition: i) Basic Novice - has not reached the age of thirteen (13); ii) Intermediate Novice - has not reached the age of fifteen (15); iii) Advanced Novice - has reached the age of ten (10) and has not reached the age of fifteen (15) for girls (Singles/Pairs Skating/Ice Dance) and boys (Single Skating) and seventeen (17) for boys (Pair Skating/Ice Dance). 3. International Figure Skating Competition for Single and Pairs will be conducted in accordance with the ISU Constitution and General Regulations 2012, the Special Regulations & Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating 2012, and the relevant ISU Communications. All ISU members and clubs, which are members of National Figure Skating Federations associated with ISU, are invited to take part at the competition. Each member and club may enter 2 competitors in each category (2 males and 2 females). The organizing union and club takes right to enter more competitors. In case of too many entries, the organizer reserves the right to limit the number of participants. The maximum entries accepted will be 30 in each category. Competitors to Advance Novice and Junior categories must be entered through their Member Federation. Entries for younger categories may be entered by clubs, which are members of National Figure Skating Federations, associated with the ISU.
