Mosinee Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc has final decision regarding acceptance or denial of artwork displayed. All Festival decisions including booth location are made by the Mosinee Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc. No protrusion of booths, exhibits, chairs, etc. past designated areas on sidewalks. Early tear downs are strongly discouraged.

By signing this agreement you and your organization agree to indemnify, save, keep harmless and defend Mosinee Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc, City of Mosinee and its directors, officers, employees and agents, against any and all liability claims, costs of whatever kind and nature, for injury to or death of any person or persons and for loss and damage to any property occurring in connection, or in any way incident to, or arising out of, or in connection with the activities contemplated by this contract unless caused by the intentional or grossly negligent acts or omissions of Mosinee Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc., its employees, agents or representatives.

This contract is not valid until accepted in writing by Mosinee Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc. must supply their own tables and chairs. We will have tens available to rent at $10 per tent.

Mosinee Arts Festival May 7, 2021 ● 5:00PM to 8:00PM

Mosinee Arts Festival is free and open to the public and takes place along Mosinee’s Downtown District with displays located along the sidewalks, City Square Park, Mosinee Area Chamber of Commerce and various storefronts throughout the downtown area. This event is happening as part of Community Days (May 7-9, 2020) where the city’s community-wide garage, yard, estate and sidewalk sales are also taking place.
