Some of the hardest and most critical decisions are made on battlefields. A wrong step can mean life & death to many people. Maj. Gen. Jim Molan has been at the cutting edge of leadership, particularly in Iraq where he controlled all operations of all US, and Iraqi forces across all of Iraq in the second year of the war on behalf of the US Commanding General.

The battle of Fallujah in 2004, in which Jim played a significant role, was the turning point of the first stage of operations in Iraq. US Ambassador Negroponte wrote to the then Australian Prime Minister John Howard and said “Major General Jim Molan literally made history and helped reshape the Middle East”.
