WoNDo and Moovit team up to offer the world's most comprehensive mobility app in Spain and Portugal ● Moovit, the leading Mobility as a Service (MaaS) company and the maker of the world’s #1 urban mobility app, used by over 480 million users and is available in more than 2,700 cities across 91 countries. ● Thanks to collaboration between WoNDo and Moovit, the app will help people change the way they use mobility by fully integrating all modes of transportation, from guidance through payment. Madrid, July, 2019.- WoNDo has signed a collaboration agreement with Moovit – the leading Mobility as a Service (MaaS) company and the maker of the world’s #1 urban mobility app – to integrate WoNDo’s mobility solutions and offer users the most comprehensive public and private mobility app in Spain and Portugal. WoNDo, the startup designed by Ferrovial to facilitate citizens' access to primary urban mobility services, has been operating in Madrid since November of 2018, and it currently has more than 87,000 users. It's the first mobile app to integrate carsharing, motorbike sharing, BiciMAD, electric scooters, and ridesharing in taxis in one place. Under the agreement between WoNDo and Moovit, all of WonDo’s urban mobility services will be fully integrated into Moovit and become available to all of Moovit users in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Sevilla, Bilbao, Lisbon and Porto. Moovit simplifies commuters urban mobility all around the world, making getting around cities easier and more convenient. By combining information from public transit operators, local authorities, and micro-mobility operators, with live information from the user community, Moovit offers travelers a real-time picture, including the best route for the journey, service alerts, and get off notifications. Moovit has more than 480 million users and more than 100 cities and global events, including Rio de Janeiro for the 2016 Olympics, have made Moovit their official transit app. Thanks to this partnership, commuters in the seven major cities in Spain and Portugal, will be able to access multiple public and private transit services, such as bike rentals, carsharing, ridesharing, electric scooters or even shared taxis, in the free Moovit app, get information, guidance and book and reserve their rides. This way they will discover convenient and more efficient travel options that save them time and reduce the need for a car for first and last-mile options.
