IF YOU DESIRE to defend the said action you must within 28 days of the last publication of this advertisement enter an Acknowledgement of Service, within 42 days of the last publication of this advertisement enter a Defence, at the Registry of the High Court of Justice in the City of Castries, and serve the Defence on the Claimant.

IN DEFAULT of such Acknowledgement and/or Defence the Claimant will be entitled to apply to have judgment entered against you. If the Claimant does so, you will have no right to be heard by the Court except as to costs or the method of paying any judgment unless you apply to set judgment aside.
