(ITW). Mr. Santi joined ITW in 1983 and has spent his entire career with the OFFICERS company. He was elected Executive Vice President in 2004 and named Vice President Richard S. Bodman Chairman in 2008. He became the Company's Chief Executive Officer in President-Elect November of 2012 and was elected Verne G. Istock Chairman of the Board of Directors in Vice President 2015. Joseph G. Fogg III Mr. Santi graduated from the University of Illinois in 1983 with a B.S. Past President degree in Accounting and received a Masters in Business Melvin C. Short Jr. Administration from the JL Kellogg School of Business at Secretary Northwestern University in 1992. Mr. Santi is a member of the Board David A. Rismiller of Directors of W.W.
