Director of Instrumental Music & Chair of the Department of Visual and Performing Arts John Adams Middle School (Santa Monica)
In 2011, the John Adams Middle School Wind Ensemble was the only middle school concert band in the state to be selected to perform at the California All-State Music Education Convention. Ms. Woo enjoys an active schedule as a guest conductor, clinician, and adjudicator with numerous groups, conducting symposia, and festivals throughout the country and internationally.
Ms. Woo recently guest conducted the 2018 State Honors Ensemble Program at the Queensland Conservatorium (Griffith University) in Brisbane, Australia. She will guest conduct the 2019 Honors Performance Series Middle School Orchestra at Carnegie Hall.
