Your serving team needs you! Men and women, girls and boys are welcome; previous experience is not necessary and full training will be given. For most serving duties members should be communicants and at least fourteen years of age. Younger people can join the team as boat bearers. It is a great privilege to be closely involved in the most significant of the Church’s liturgies and it is a very rewarding role. If you think it might be for you, please contact the Cathedral Head Server, Richard North, on 01252 794 802, or the Deputy Head Server, Donald Thompson, on 01784 434 391 or speak to either of them at the Cathedral.

Easter Opening Hours The Cathedral remains open for visitors and self-guided tours as well as for quiet prayer and reflection at this holy season. The Cathedral Shop and Seasons Café will be closed on Good Friday, Easter Day and Easter Monday. Please be sure to stock up on any Easter supplies you may need this week.

A Message from Fair Trade A big thank you to everyone for supporting the Fair Trade stall's cakes sale on Mothering Sunday. A total of £170, which includes some generous donations later in the week, will be sent to Traidcraft Exchange's Hidden Entrepreneur appeal and will be doubled by the UK Government's UK Aid scheme. Money raised by this appeal will give opportunities to people in some of the world's poorest countries and help them to build a better future for their families and communities.

A Message from Home Start Guildford A big thank you to all who helped with the cake sale at the Cathedral Coffee Concert on the 15 March. We very much enjoyed chatting with everyone who attended, listening to Leigh's beautiful singing and we made over £100 to boot. Opportunities such as this not only give us the chance to raise much-needed funds but also help us to raise our profile too.

Coins Scheme An order for Polish currency has generated a further £37, bringing our total to £16,847. Donations of UK and overseas coins and notes, any quantity and any age, are always welcome to help with fund raising. Please leave in the Cathedral Office or the Sacristy.
