At a time when participation in recreational cricket is falling and fewer children are attracted to take up the game, the game needs people with enthusiasm, energy and the will to be successful. Working with key partners and funders such as the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB), Chance to Shine and Warwickshire CCC it seeks ways to raise participation levels in the game for all ages and types of people. The Warwickshire Cricket Board is a Company Limited by Guarantee and all Non-Executive Directors must be a fit and proper person to act as a director of a Company.
