Welcome to the 2020 Gonalston Farm Shop Christmas Call and Collect additional items. This year, as you will all understand, we have taken a slightly different approach to our Christmas ordering system, and where possible it will be conducted contactless and without the need to come in to the shop... since April this year we have had lots of practice and are confi dent this will ensure Covid safe conditions for all! In this supplement you will fi nd additional products that are available in store. How to order: Get Prepared, decide what you would like to order and tick the boxes on this form. - Drop off your list in store - ensure you take a copy of it, or photograph on your phone - Call us - 0115 966 5666 (Option 4 - Call & Collect) to place your order. When you order, a £20 deposit will be taken as usual (one deposit per customer) and you will receive full confi rmation and deposit receipt in due course. Collections - State your ideal collection date upon ordering, you will be called with the value of your order for payment 24 hours prior to collection. A fi rm time slot will also be confi rmed. On the Day - No more queues! At your allotted time, you will drive around the back of the shop and your order will be loaded into your car ready for you to go.
