9 MOUNT PLEASANT | HENRY COUNTY | IOWA Mount Pleasant is a town in Iowa with its seat in Henry County. With a 2020 population of 10 9,147, it is the 46th largest city in Iowa. The City of Mount Pleasant is located in southeastern Iowa at the intersection of U.S. Highways 34 and 218.
