CLASS ACTION COMPLAINT Plaintiff, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, by and through his undersigned counsel, brings this Class Action Complaint against Defendants Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (“Volkswagen America”) and Volkswagen AG (“Volkswagen Global”) (collectively “VW”). Plaintiff alleges the following based upon personal knowledge as to his own acts, and based upon investigation of counsel as to all other allegations. I. SUMMARY OF THE CASE 1. VW is one of the world’s largest automobile manufacturers and it has been quite profitable in the U.S. over the years. 2.
