Duration 6.00am to 12.30pm – Sunday 21 January 2018. Detail The swimming leg of a triathlon will be conducted on the waters of the Shoalhaven River at the above location. An EXCLUSION ZONE is specified during the event. The exclusion zone will follow the shape created by the course rounding buoys, and will extend for 50 metres outside the buoys at the above times. Unauthorised vessels and persons are strictly prohibited from entering the exclusion zone which will be patrolled by control vessels. All vessel operators and persons in the vicinity should keep a proper lookout, keep well clear of competing swimmers and support vessels, and exercise caution.     Ride details Pedal Cure 4MND The Pedal Cure 4MND ride is a fully supported ride from Ungarie, the home town of Neale Daniher and his famous Essendon Bomber brothers Terry, Anthony & Chris, to Windy Hill. Neale is a founding member of the Fight MND Foundation and while suffering MND he has been inspirational in raising awareness & funds to find a cure for this beast of a disease. Over 95% of all funds raised on this ride go directly to research. That is real bang for your buck and you know your fund raising is having a direct impact! The ride winds its way South on country roads. Participants are hosted each night at local footy clubs where they can interact with the local community and help raise the profile of FightMND. The ride is in its second year. Over $140,000 was raised in 2018 with 25 riders completing the whole 6 days (750km). Many others joined in for parts of the ride along the way. Ride structure – There are a few options for the ride. You can do the whole 750km over 6 days or join for 2-3 days or just do 1 day. Each level has a different cost and you will be required to fund raise as part of your participation. Riders doing the whole ride or riders who raise more than $1000 receive a free cycling jersey. Fundraising – The main aim of the ride is to raise funds for MND research. Each rider is required to register & fundraise. You will receive a link to setup your online fundraising page when you register.

    INDUSTRY CASE STUDIES GOLDENFIELDS WATER COUNTY THE PROJECT PROJECT SUMMARY After more than 70 years in operation, The Goldenfields Water County Council called for the existing pipelines connecting Reefton to Barmedman and Yiddah to Wyalong to be replaced. The two sections of pipeline were originally PROJECT R2B and Y2W Pipeline Replacement Project installed during the 1930’s to transfer water from the Murrumbidgee River to Temora and further on to Wyalong. CLIENT Goldenfields Water County Council Since that time the pipelines consisted of unlined mild steel and cement lined cast iron and had been subject to corrosion leading to a large number of leaks LOCATION Wyalong, New South Wales and breakages, reducing the efficiency and sustainability of the pipeline. THE SOLUTION DATE Deliveries completed August 2009 Viadux was contracted to supply 20 kilometres of TYTON Ductile Iron pipe and SUREFLOW fittings to replace the failing pipeline. 10km of TYTON DN375 DICL pipe SUPPLIED and 10km of TYTON DN300 DICL Pipe Viadux supplied ten kilometres of TYTON Ductile Iron pipe for the Reefton to Barmedman section and ten kilometres of TYTON Ductile Iron pipe for the Yiddah to Wyalong section. Included in this supply were SUREFLOW Ductile Iron fittings for the two sections including bends, tees, valves, couplings.
