Therefore the changes will be localized and insignificant. No Topography The site is plane and will not involve any leveling activities. The proposed site does not involve any major natural drainage channel of locality therefore no changes in drainage pattern are envisaged. 1.2 Clearance of existing land, Yes The proposed site is not having any structures. vegetation and buildings? There are some seasonal shrubs and grasses in the proposed project site. Clearing of vegetation during the construction stage is very minimal. List of observed vegetations is enclosed as Annexure XI. This shall be compensated by planting 60 trees in addition to shrubs. The proposed landscaping and plantation will have positive impact on the prevailing environment. Details of flora are enclosed as Annexure- XI. 1.3 Creation of new land uses? No The proposed site is located near RIICO Industrial area Neemrana. The Neemrana Tehsil has mixed land use pattern of residential and commercial use. The proposed use of site is for residential. Therefore, the proposed project will not create new land uses that significantly differ from existing land use of locality as per the master plan. 1.4 Pre-construction investigations Yes The soil investigation was carried out.
