By Carolyn Wingard Ir was a ·cene straight from aturday Night Feve r. The moment you walked into the completely transformed Disco Dining Room, you felt your body being mken over by the music and magic of yesteryeil r. The memories we all shared in the 70's were relived in every Travolta wanna-be strutting his stuff, from the polyester suits to the Disco Ball reflecting every gold chain. Laughter and applause were shared by all as we watched the girls turn ing ro every whim of the wild and crazy moves that the music induced. Culm inating in a dance contest won by Norm Dunmire and Tish Love, who would have thought the moves of the 70's would resurface so quickly in their hustle frenzy. As original as any move we sa w, were the costumes sport ed by all. Michael Schwinn walked away with first place in his original polyester suit worn by all in the height of the di co craze. Stephanie Smarr rook second. I think we now understand the "glamour to the hilt" thing a bit better. Once again a big thank you to all who attended. You made it a success. And ro those of you who couldn't ilttend, mark your calendar for the next exciting event from the Entertainment Committee. (il ColonySurf
