‘OUR CHRISTMAS LOVE SONG’ Cast Bios

ALICIA WITT (Melody) – This year, joined Netflix’s “” for its seventh and final season as Zelda. She also starred in the Amazon anthology horror series “Lore.” Witt also recently wrapped production on the feature film I Care a Lot, opposite Rosamund Pike and Peter Dinklage.

Last year, Witt appeared in the feature film Spare Room, starring Skyler Samuels and Virginia Madsen and starred in “Christmas on Honeysuckle Lane,” which premiered last year on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries during the network’s annual “Miracles of Christmas” programming event.

Starting with her film debut in 1984 at the age of seven as Alia in ’s science fiction classic “Dune,” Alicia Witt has enjoyed nearly three decades as an actor and singer-songwriter.

Witt received rave reviews for her role as Paula on Season six of AMC’s critically acclaimed series “The Walking Dead.” Witt also appeared on ABC’s “Nashville” as country music star Autumn Chase. Alicia can also be seen on the cult favorites “Supernatural” (CW) and returning in David Lynch’s “” on Showtime, reprising her role from the original series. She also had a recurring role in Fox’s “The Exorcist” in 2017. In 2014, Witt joined the cast of the Emmy award- winning FX series “Justified” as Wendy Crowe, the smart and sexy paralegal sister of crime lord Danny Crowe.

A classically trained pianist and a singer-songwriter, Witt released her newest album, 15,000 Days, with Grammy Award-winning producer Jacquire King (Kings of Leon, Norah Jones, Ingrid Michaelson, Tom Waits, James Bay). She released her first full-length studio album, Revisionary History, in 2015. She has opened for Five, Jimmy Webb, and John Fullbright. BRENDAN HINES (Chase) – Brendan Hines is an American actor and singer-songwriter who most recently starred as Superion in Amazon’s “The Tick.” He was born in Baltimore, Maryland to a former nun and a former priest who became Philosophy professors. He began playing the trombone when he was 11 but gave it up for the guitar seven years later. Hines attended Loyola High School where he performed in the Jazz Ensemble and appeared in several plays including Sweeney Todd and Moliere’s The Miser. He moved to New York where he continued to work in the theater until being cast in his first feature, the 2001 Ordinary Sinner.

Hines has appeared in a number of television shows including Fox’s “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles,” USA’s “Suits,” ABC’s “Scandal” and “Secrets and Lies” and CBS’s “MacGyver.” In Spring 2011, he played Pip and Theo in South Coast Repertory’s production of Richard Greenberg’s Three Days of Rain. In 2017, he returned to the theatre in the one-man show Histrionics at Theater for the New City. He has written, recorded and released three folk albums; 2007’s Good For You Know Who, 2012’s Small Mistakes and Qualms in 2017. His song “Miss New York” was featured in the film Let’s Ruin It with Babies. Hines currently resides in .
