Tuesday, December 3, 2019 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM Thursday, February 13, 2020 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM REMINDERS RAPTOR – Parents and visitors who need to proceed past the office window for any reason must present a valid government ID (driver’s license), so that it can be scanned into the system and a custom badge created. ALL visitors and volunteers must check in & check out at the office. Attendance – To report your children’s absence or tardy, feel free to call the main office number (719-559-0800) and leave a message at any time of day, OR email [email protected]. Daily School Schedule- o 1st bell rings at 8:50AM; students should NOT arrive prior to 8:45AM. o Dismissal bell rings at 3:55PM. All students who do not ride buses, should be picked up no later than 4:15PM. The YMCA provides before/after care at our school, if you should need to make alternate arrangements. Contact YMCA phone #: 329-7289 or [email protected] o End of day messages to students - Unless it is an emergency, notes to students CANNOT be delivered to students after 3:20PM. o Checking your student out: Allow enough time to sign them out at the office and obtain a blue “Student Release” slip. Present this to the teacher, you are then free to take your student. Weather – If lightning is in the area during dismissal, students will be held inside until it is safe. Parents are always welcome to pick up their children from inside the building if they prefer not to wait. .
