N O T I F I C A T I O N

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under section 21 (1) (b) of the Hyderabad City Police Act, I, ANJANI KUMAR, I.P.S, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City do hereby notify, for information of the general public that in order to facilitate proper regulation of traffic and ensure public safety for construction of Road Under Bridge (RUB) (Coustoms Basthi to Leelanagar ) near Railway Station. The following traffic restrictions and diversions will be imposed for a period of (3) days w.e.f. 10- 05-2019 to 12-05-2019.

-: TRAFFIC DIVERSION : -

1) Traffic coming from Greenlands towards Leelanagar Road will not be allowed towards Leelanagar at Eenadu Events and will be diverted towards Greenlands via “U” turn under Begumpet flyover in-front of VINN Hospital – Life Style building – Greenlands Junction (Right Turn) – D.K., Road ( Right Turn ) – Food World Junction (Right Turn).

2) Traffic coming from Balkampet, and SR Nagar towards Begumpet Railway Station (via food world and Leelanagar ) will not be allowed towards Leelanagar at Food World Junction and will be diverted towards D.K Road – Greenlands Junction – Begumpet Railway Station.

All citizens are requested to take alternate routes and avoid the above routes and co-operate with the Traffic Police during the period of traffic diversion.

PRESS NOTE

Hyderabad Traffic Police has been conducting a special derive against illegal parking in front of Business Establishments viz., Malls, Showrooms, Hotels, Restaurants etc., from 09-04-2019.

The citizens and commuters are informed that the vehicles parked in front of establishments causes inconvenience to the commuters and also causing traffic congestion.

This drive was started one month back on 09-04-2019 and till 09-05-2019 the total cases 9954 have been booked against the vehicles parked in front of establishments and also served 903 notices to the managers/owners for allowing illegal parking in front of their business establishments.

Citizens of Hyderabad are requested to park their vehicles in parking zones only and make the Hyderabad City roads more safe, congestion free and accident free. This special drive will continue to make more space available for motorists and to decongest the roads for the convenience of all commuters.

On 10-05-2019, the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task force, East Zone Team, Hyderabad apprehended the most wanted House Burglar by name Nenavath Vinod Kumar @ Akhilesh Kumar and detected (14)-House Burglary cases and recovered Gold ornaments wg about 53.4 tulas, Silver ornaments wg about 1 kg, 04- Laptops, One Honda Activa Bike, One Samsung TV, One Samsung Tab and Net Cash Rs.41,000/-, from his possession.

Brief facts:

 The accused Nenavath Vinod Kumar is a native of Amangal Mandal of Ranga Reddy District and presently residing at Balapur, RR dist. The accused discontinued his B-Tech from A.V.N. Engineering College, Ibrahimpatnam as he was habituated to all kind of social vices. He then decided to earn easy money by committing offences.

 Between the years 2014 to 2018 the accused was involved in as many as 28 cases and was arrested by Hyderabad & Rachakonda Police. Based on these cases the accused was detained under P.D. Act in 2015 by Hyderabad Police. After releasing from jail from PD Act, the accused did not change his attitude and continued committed offences and was arrested by Rachakonda Police again. Once again he was detained under PD Act in 2017 and was released in month of August 2018. The accused was again arrested by Meerpet PS in September 2018.

 After releasing from the jail in the month of January 2019, the accused once again committed (14)-House Burglaries in the limits Hyderabad and Rachakonda Commissionerates. He sold some ornaments of the stolen property to A2) Madan Kumar, R/o Shamsheergunj and A3) Owner of Neha Jewellers, Vadodara, Gujarat state.

On the tip off the East Zone Task Force Team along with Rein Bazar Police, Hyderabad City, apprehended the above accused person and recovered the stolen property of worth Rs. 22,00,000/- .

The arrested accused along with seized property were handed over to SHO, Rein Bazar PS, for taking further action.

PD Act proposal is being initiated against the accused for his involvement in House Burglaries repeatedly.

NABBED TWO PERSONS FOR ILLEGALLY TRANPORTING & SALE OF UN AUTHORIZED HERBICIDE TOLERANT COTTON SEEDS.

Seized 2005 Kgs of Herbicide Tolerant (HT) Cotton seeds in 50 gunny bags, worth about Rs.32,52,110/-

Today on credible information the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone team, Hyderabad in joint operation with Agriculture Department officials near Railway Station, outward Parcel office, Gopalpuram, Sec’bad intercepted one goods vehicles Reg no. AP23X 2387 (Tata Ace) and found huge quantity of un-authorized HERBICIDE TOLERANT cottons seeds, illegally transporting. Apprehended Two accused persons 1)Ravula Rajanikanth (Managing Director of Omkar SeedTech Pvt. Ltd) & 2).Bandari Mahesh (Goods Auto Trolley driver Reg no.AP23X-2387, Tata Ace) wherein the prime accused Ravala Rajanikanth is illegally procured, transporting unauthorized herbicide tolerant cotton seeds from Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat State to Secunderabad through Railway (Cargo) Service without any valid invoice or delivery challan and sale of unauthorized Cotton Seeds on the guise of genuine seeds to needy and known customers clandestinely in and around Telangana State to gain illegal easy profits.

 BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE: The accused Ravula Rajanikanth is native of Karim Nagar Town, Telangana State. Presently residing at Dilsuk Nagar, Hyderabad. He studied Agriculture Diploma & MBA.

Previously he worked in pesticide and seed company and gain knowledge about purchase & sales of seeds. In the year 2003 he established own firm on the name of Omkar Agritech situated at Lenin Estates, , Hyderabad and used to sale agriculture seeds.

Later in the year 2009 he extended seeds business after renamed his firm “OMKAR SEEDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED” at Omkar Nilayam, Kothapet, Hyderabad and also purchased agriculture land at Kesaram road, Balampally (Village), Bhongiri (Mandal), Yadadri Dist, Telangana State and established processing, packing, seed storage unit. He was also editor of “SEDYA PHALAM AGRICULTURE” monthly magazine.

During the business he was unable to make the profits, he faced financial problems. Hatched a plan to gain illegal easy profits by selling un authorized HT Cotton seeds in Kharif season 2019, he contacted with one seed producer Bharath Patel, who runs Avirat Agri Seeds Pvt. Ltd., C/o. Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat State through him the accused Ravula Rajanikanth purchasing huge quantity of unauthorized HERBICIDE TOLERANT cotton seeds for Rs.500/- per KG, transporting through Railway Cargo (Transport) from Ahmadabad to Secunderabad and delivery to his processing, packing & storage unit situated at Kesaram road, Balampally (Village), Bhongiri, Yadadri Dist, Telangana State. There the accused packing in 450 grams each bag and deliver the unauthorized seeds to sub dealers /distributers for Rs.730/- (MSP) and depend on customer demands in and around Hyderabad and also transporting to other districts of Talangana State and selling unauthorized cotton seeds to innocent farmers and customers by cheating that the Seeds are genuine and to gain illegal easy profits.

There is no approval of GEAC (Genetic Engineering Appraisal Committee) for sale and sowing of Herbicide Tolerant cotton seeds throughout the which is in violation of Environment Protection Act 1986, as per the instructions issued by Govt of India vide Ref.No.12018/14/2014-CSIII, dated: 30-10-2014. The packing and labelling also not as per the specifications i.e without having MRP rate, Manufacture Date & Expiry date on the seed bags.

 ARREST:

Today on credible information near Secunderabad Railway Station, outward Parcel office, Gopalpuram, Sec’bad intercepted one goods vehicles Reg no. AP23X- 2387 (Tata Ace) and apprehend (2) accused persons while illegal transporting unauthorized HERBICIDE TOLERANT cotton seeds in huge quantity in 50 Gunny bags, without any invoice /Delivery challan and permission of competent authorities.

The apprehended accused persons along with seized material being handed over to SHO, Gopalpuram PS for further investigation U/Sec. 420 IPC and Sec 7,8,9 & 15(1) of Environment Protection Act-1986.

The arrest was made under the supervision of Sri. P.Radhakishan Rao, Dy.Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad by Sri K.Nageswar Rao, Inspector of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone, in joint operation with Agriculture Department officials Smt. M.Niranjan Reddy, Inspector of Police, Gopalpuram PS, SIs Sri.KS.Ravi, K.Srikanth,B.Parameshwar, G.Rajashekar Reddy of North Zone Task Force team,Hyderabad.

PRESS NOTE IN CRIME No: 71/2019 U/S 406, 420, 466, 465, 471 R/w 34 IPC

This is a case of cheating, Criminal Breach of trust on the guise of obtaining

business loan, by mortgaging the 6 properties in SBI Bank Bible House Branch, and

took the business loan of Rs: 3.4 Crores, and subsequently one of the property was

sold out to third party while the loan and the property original documents existence

with bank and after that become NPA thereby intentionally cheated the Bank.

Facts of the case are that on 26.03.2019 received a complaint from Sri.

M.Srinivasa Rao, Regional Manager SBI, Secunderabad Region stating that, M/s

SNRCO Chemical Pvt. Ltd., represented by its Directors, A-1 Sama Naren Reddy A-2

Sama Bhaskar Reddy are on 28-02-2012 availing Cash Credit loan and term Loan of

Rs. 3.40 Crores for setting up of solvent distillation plant, by the hypothecation of

stocks and machinery etc. and collaterally secured by equitable mortgage of 6

properties.. Later the company failed to repay the CC loan amount and declared as

NPA on 27.02.2015 without-standing of Rs.3.24 Crores. On 26.08.2015 the bank has

conducted public auction over the property plot No. 42, Phase-1, Sy. No. 110/1

admeasuring 300 Sq. Yards situated at central Park, , as the property was

mortgaged with Bank by A-1 & A-2, which was purchased by Sri. Balachander Goud

and Naveen Goud. When the bank officials want to registered the above property came

to know that the above property was already sold out by the company managing

director and director to third party without clearing the dues. Thereafter intentionally

defaulted to repay the loan amount to the Bank with an intention to cheat the Bank

and caused huge wrongful loss to the banki, Bible House Branch and caused wrongful

gain by the accused persons.

On 09.05.2019 the CCS Police has apprehended accused Sama Bhasker Reddy

and remanded to judicial custody. This case is being investigating by ACP-C Div Sri.

M.Srinivasulu under the supervision of Sri. G. Jogaiah Addl. DCP, EOW, CCS.
