BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Inc. (headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yasuo Miyakawa) has made announcement that on March 28, 2021 (Sunday) we will be holding an audience participant online esports event, the “Entertainment Sports Festival - Drum With Everyone Spring Festival”, on our video platform, “ASOBISTAGE”.

■About the audience participant online event, “Entertainment Sports Festival” The “Entertainment Sports Festival” is an event merging esports with entertainment where the audience is also a participant in the event. The event will be held under the concept of enjoying the online event through audience participation. We will be holding campaigns where the viewing audience are randomly selected to win prizes, holding programs where prizes await for those who predict the winning team in every match, along with predicting the winner and runner-up teams in the tournament, and inviting our audience to recruit others to join as supporters during the event, and more.

■Esports for everyone to enjoy BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment created a dedicated esports action team in 2018, and have been working to bring excitement to the esports scene on a global scale for various titles such as the "Taiko No Tatsujin" series and the "" series. For the "Taiko No Tatsujin” series, we have been delivering the fun of esports to people of all ages throughout the world by holding esports events such as the “Drum at Home! Taiko No Tatsujin Esports Online Tournament” that people can easily participate in from the comfort of their own homes.

We will be holding the “Entertainment Sports Festival” online event with our audience as participants with hope that more will be able to enjoy entertainment through the power of esports. The event can be enjoyed in the “Play Area” and the “Talk Area”. We will have voice actors from “THE iDOLM@STER” series, the “Tales of” series, and from “DEN-ON-BU” as guests who will be participating as a team to face each other in a “Taiko No Tatsujin” tournament, along with a special talk show.

・Play Area: All “Taiko No Tatsujin” tournament matches are free for viewing. Those who are watching from the Play Area are randomly picked to win timed coupons that can be used at ASOBISTORE, and can participate in a campaign to win special prizes. ※You must be registered as a member of ASOBISTORE in order to use the coupons and to enter the campaign.

・Talk Area: Enjoy watching our guest voice actors talk about the ongoing matches and other subjects that can only be heard here.

・Audience Participant Entertainment Sports Festival: The event will feature the audience as participants, where the audience can win prizes in the “One-Two Finish” program where predictions are made for the winning and runner-up teams in the tournament, along with the “Cheering Time” program where the audience guesses the winning team of each match in real time. ※The Talk Area, One-Two Finish program, and Cheering Time program are premium contents. ※You must be a registered member of ASOBISTORE in order to access premium contents.

We will also be selling the commemorative “ASOBISUPPORTER” that comes with a bonus item and stamps that can be used in the comments section during the event.
