THE NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL HOVETON, HORNING ROAD - PROPOSED TRAFFIC ORDERS The Norfolk County Council propose to make the following two Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effects of which will be as follows: THE NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL (HOVETON, HORNING ROAD) (30 M.P.H. SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2020 To extend the current speed restriction to prohibit any vehicle from exceeding 30 miles per hour along the length of road set out in Schedule 1 below. This is an extension to the current 30mph restriction at this location by 98m eastwards. The reference to the A1062 Horning Road will be deleted from The Norfolk County Council (Hoveton and Wroxham, Various Roads) (30 m.p.h. Speed Limit) Order 2016. THE NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL (HOVETON, HORNING ROAD) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) AMENDMENT ORDER 2020 . To prohibit vehicles to wait at any time along the length of road specified in Schedule 2 below. The Norfolk County Council (Hoveton, Various Roads) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2012 will be amended by the addition of this length of road. A copy of the draft Orders and a plan may be viewed online at https://norfolk.citizenspace.com/. Copies may also be available for inspection at Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Norwich and at the offices of Broadland District Council, Thorpe Lodge, 1 Yarmouth Road, Norwich, NR7 0DU, during normal office hours. However, during the current epidemic staffing levels have been reduced and viewing online would be recommended in keeping with the government guidelines. Any objections and representations relating to the Order must be made in writing and must specify the grounds on which they are made.
