ADAM HOLLIER **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES December 12, 2018 A meeting of the Senate Committee on Regulatory Reform was scheduled for Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at 1:00 p.m., in the 1100 Room of the Binsfeld Building. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported HB 5939 (S-1) (Rep. Lilly) with recommendation and immediate effect. 2. Reported HB 5940 (Rep. Chirkun) with recommendation and immediate effect. 3. Reported HB 5941 (Rep. Lilly) with recommendation and immediate effect. 4. Reported HB 6541 (S-1) (Rep. Lilly) with recommendation and immediate effect. 5. Reported HB 6542 (Rep. The Chairman called the meeting to order at 1:54 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chairman Rocca, Sen.(s) Jones, Knollenberg, Kowall, MacGregor, Hune, Warren, Knezek, and Hollier, a quorum was present. The Chairman made a motion to adopt the meeting minutes from December 5, 2018. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chairman invited Brad Wever, of Rep. Lilly’s office, to summarize HB 5939 – HB 5941.
