Kaushik Mukherjee is a seasoned architect known for creating sustainable and environment-friendly designs for premium projects across South Asia. Having worked with MICD Associates (former Geoffrey Bawa Associates), Sri Lanka, Kaushik established his own boutique practice by the name of Kaushik Mukherjee Architects (KMA) in Bengaluru a decade ago. KMA is a design-based practice that focuses on sustainable design in architecture, interiors and landscape.

Kaushik designs spaces that complement the surroundings of the site and enable optimal use of natural light. He chooses to work with the locally available material and focuses on providing uncluttered, highly functional and aesthetic architectural designs. A passionate restorer of vintage automobiles and ancient palaces and homes, Jatin Pal Singh, Director, Nameh Group of Companies, brings to the fore his creativity and legacy in designing and developing bespoke homes, hospitality and real estate projects. Jatin spearheads the real estate development projects in Goa and Orissa for Nameh, an infrastructure and hospitality conglomerate.

He finds his nirvana in restoring heritage properties, adding modern functionalities while retaining the soul of the bygone era. Besides restoration, Jatin is also known for creating luxe, congenial and sustainable living spaces that complement the environment. In all his projects, he leverages the natural environment of the property and uses intelligent architecture and thoughtful landscaping whereby he can use recycled natural resources and reclaimed wood.
