According to the anonymous complainant, the owner of the house was not at home and the vehicles did not belong at this house. Police got out and asked the two parties who they were and what business they had at this location. Both parties tried giving evasive answers, saying they knew someone who was related to someone who owned the house, but it was clear to police that neither party lived at this location. Police asked to see ID to verify who the parties were. The female party, LaToya Stamper, cooperated fully with police, but the male party did not cooperate, stating that he lost his ID. When police asked what his name was, the male party stated his name was "Randy Floyd", DOB 3/30/1987, but could not recall his social security number. Mr. "Floyd" then began asking why police were asking him questions and became visibly nervous when police returned to the patrol car. As soon as police returned to the patrol car, Mr. "Floyd" ran into the house and did not come out again for the remainder of the call. Police were not able to verify Mr. "Floyd's" identity. While police were still on scene, a resident of the house showed up, Ms. Sharon Hardy, who began to be visibly irate that police were at her house, even when police explained that they were investigating suspicious activity. Police were able to verify that Ms. Hardy was a resident of this location, but police were never able to find out the true identity of Mr. "Floyd".

No further police action required at this time.
