The Niagara Falls, New York native ranks eighth among AHL defensemen in penalty minutes and ninth-T in assists and leads the Monsters in assists, penalty minutes and plus/minus rating with 4-32-36, 98 penalty minutes and a +17 plus/minus rating in 44 appearances this season. He has registered 32-165-197, 365 penalty minutes and a +48 plus/minus rating in 305 career AHL games from 2012-19. The 6-0, 194-pound blueliner was selected by Chicago in the second round, 36th overall, in the 2011 NHL Draft. MacInnis, 25, made his 2020-21 season debut on March 18 at Carolina and has skated in six games with the club. The St. Louis, Missouri native has added 26-61-87 and 133 penalty minutes in 250 career American Hockey League contests, including 1-1-2 in five appearances with the Cleveland Monsters in 2020-21. The 6-4, 201-pound forward was acquired in a trade from the Arizona Coyotes on July 18, 2018. He was originally selected by the Coyotes in the second round, 43rd overall, at the 2014 NHL Draft. Sherwood, 24, made his Blue Jackets season debut on Saturday vs. Chicago and has added 3-1-4 with 17 penalty minutes and a +2 plus/minus rating in nine games with Cleveland this season. The New Albany, Ohio native has collected two penalty minutes in five career NHL games with the Blue Jackets and has 29-13-42 and 144 penalty minutes in 110 career AHL games over the past four seasons.
