The South Wales Miners’ Museum is a registered charity, run and managed by volunteers dedicated to promoting Industrial Heritage in the Afan Valley. All admission charges and donations go towards the running and maintenance of the Museum. The Museum is made up of both indoor and outdoor exhibits. South Wales Miners Museum stated, “Everyone here is extremely proud of all our volunteers and the time and effort they put into the museum, so we are overjoyed at this level of recognition for their hard work over the last 40 years. We’d like to take the opportunity to thank all of our volunteers, past and present for helping to make South Wales Miners’ Museum such a wonderful place to belong to.” NPTCVS would like to extend our congratulations to the museum on their award. 2.
