Justices of the Peace The Commissioners Court may go into executive session, if necessary, pursuant to chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, for one or more of the following reasons: (1) consultation with the County Attorney to seek or receive legal advice or consultation regarding pending or contemplated litigation; (2) discussion about the value or transfer of real property; (3) discussion about a prospective gift or donation; (4) consideration of specific personnel matters; (5) discussion about security personnel or devices; or (6) discussion of certain economic development matters. The Commissioners Court may announce that it will go into executive session on any item listed on this agenda if the subject matter is permitted for a closed session by provisions of chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. TF Harper & Associates, LP, for final construction of installing an aquatic splash pad at El Franco Lee Park in Precinct 1, resulting in an addition of $415 to the contract amount (P257674-2, UPIN 15101MF0EB01). 2. Balfour Beatty Construction, LLC, for renovation of the fifth floor of the Administration Building in Precinct 1, resulting in an addition of $108,024 to the contract amount (16/0017-4, UPIN 13035MF0410). 3. Millis Development & Construction, Inc., for final construction of streetscape improvements along McNee Road between Main Street and Kirby Drive in Precinct 1, resulting in an addition of $8,907 to the contract amount (16/0121-3, UPIN 17101MF0KD01). 4.
