FORT WORTH, Texas – The hottest ticket in town is RFD-TV’S The American Semi-Finals! Cowtown Coliseum sold out to the rafters and contestants brought their ‘money or mud’ game hoping to get back to tomorrow’s Shoot Out Round at 1 p.m.

CUTLINE: After being knocked cold in San Antonio, then recovering to make the semi-finals, Heith DeMoss’s alter-ego, Danger DeMoss showed up tonight to put on a clinic aboard Big Bunny. The 85.5 point ride earned him first in tonight’s performance and sent him through to the Shoot Out round.

BAREBACK RIDING: Jesse Pope and American Graffiti bested the field tonight with 84.5. Four-time world champion Kaycee Feild brought drama to the arena when his first horse resulted in a re-ride. He pulled out his signature style to be marked 81.25 on Boomer and earned his place in the Shoot Out round. 1.Jesse Pope, American Graffti, 84.5

STEER WRESTLING: The steer wrestling got rapid tonight when Timmy Sparing and Shane Frey were fractions apart to be 1st and 2nd.

TIE DOWN ROPING: Running the same horse, Big Time, both 2017 Rookie of the Year Tyler Milligan and nine-time NFR qualifier Hunter Herrin placed in the top three tonight alongside Texan Ryan Thibodeaux who was 8.16 for second place.

BARREL RACING: Craig Brooks and Grandoise Guy rimmed three barrels without ever slowing up to run a 13.790, a time that will take them all the way to AT&T Stadium. In a heartbreaking slip that crashed the pair over the top of the first barrel ending his run for the money at this year’s event.

BULL RIDING: It was Brazilian night at Cowtown when both Luciano de Castro and Valdiron de Oliveira topped the field in the bull riding. Tomorrow’s Shoot Out won’t feature bull riding in Fort Worth due to the PBR performance of their Iron major event at AT&T Stadium.
