About Tenore

Shane Wiebe grew up singing in church choirs and youth groups. At age seventeen he toured Europe with the Columbia Singers and performed with the Vancouver Cantata Singers and the West Coast Mennonite Chamber Singers. In 2004, the next phase of Shane’s musical journey began as he climbed into a Top Five spot on the hit TV show, . Since then, Shane has worked with such musicians as Gordan Lightfoot, Adam Gregory and , who commented on the rich quality of Shane’s voice saying “I could see you standing on stage with a huge orchestra”. This prediction came true when he joined with Tenore. Shane and wife Angela reside in Abbotsford, BC with their two children where is working toward his Bachelor of Business Administration. He and Angela have released two albums jointly and are currently at work on a third.

Jason Catron isn’t your typical Nashville singer. In fact, he’s inventing a whole new genre of music, dubbed “pop-era,” described as pop-influenced classical vocals with opera roots. Jason’s music is bridging genres and generations, following the release of his first two albums, Jason Catron and Hymns. He travels frequently singing at churches and conferences, including Ruth Graham and Proverbs 31 Ministries. Jason has also made numerous media appearances, including three times on Crystal Cathedral’s Hour of Power, TCT Alive, The Dennis Swanberg Show on TBN, Bridges in Nashville, and Helpline with Morris Cerullo, among others. While often compared to , Jason’s influences range from well-known classical artists Andrea Bocelli, Michael Crawford and Tony Bennett, to popular Christian singers like Steve Green and Sandy Patti.

Mark David Williams is a gifted singer and songwriter with a powerful testimony. After surviving multiple fractures from a head on collision with a drunk driver in 2001, Mark has found healing and hope in sharing what the Lord has done in his life through music. He studied music and theater at Northwestern University and graduated with a degree in Commercial Music Performance from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. In 2004 he won the Minnesota Idol contest and in 2005 was named one of Ten Outstanding Young Minnesotans. He has sung and shared his testimony on such television shows as 100 Huntley Street, Living Truth and Helpline. He has sung at the Crystal Cathedral and traveled with the southern gospel group, The Sound. His diverse vocal talents are rooted in Classical and Broadway music. Currently Mark is the Director of Arts at North Heights Lutheran Church in Arden Hills, MN.
