Alabama returns three other All-Americans to its roster in sophomore Chris Perry, senior Hunor Maté and junior Mike Jones. Jones was also a part of the Tide’s record setting 200 freestyle relay last season. Tsagkarakis, Randall and Jones will have plenty of help in the freestyle events, including freshmen Drew Finelli and Sam Morgan along with sophomores Kevin Greer, Alin Mihalca and Austin Shirey. As a rookie, Perry was the Tide’s top backstroker last sea- son. This season he will get help from freshmen Zig Allan and Clint McClendon, senior Luke Dickson and sophomore Andy Schnack. Polyakov and Maté give Alabama the best one-two breaststroke combinations in the nation. In addition to its power- house duo, Alabama will get help from freshmen Riley Boulden and Luke Boutwell.
