2021 Coastal Asset Management, LLC Fort Stewart Data Center Site Additional Information

1. Data center complex designed to support all elements of the 3rd Infantry Division at Fort Stewart, Georgia, which require a high level of security, high capacity reliable electric service, and broadband connections.

2. The Fort Stewart Data Center northern property line adjoins Fort Stewart. The east entrance to the Forth Stewart Data Center tract is from a road approximately 1,800 feet south of the Fort Stewart Gate on Veteran’s Parkway. Sharing the northern property line with Fort Stewart and Mill Creek on the eastern boarder of the property provide additional security elements.

3. Electric service will be provided by Canoochee EMC and two substations with 20+MW of capacity or through an existing Georgia Power 115 KV line with 2 MW currently available and a new substation planned on the site with 10 MW to 100+ MW capacity available to meet future demand.

4. Redundant fiber optic connectivity can be provided by Hargray Communications Group, Inc. and through a new AT&T and Southern Telecom fiber optic network under construction in the 115 KV easement on the Fort Stewart Station tract. Fiber optic lines will be constructed directly to Fort Stewart facilities from the tract.

5. City of Hinesville 2 MGPD wastewater facility upgradable to 4 MGPD which serves Fort Stewart is located adjacent in the northwestern corner of the Fort Stewart Data Center tract with available water capacity.
