LAST GAME Nov. 7, Rangers 4 at Hurricanes 2 - Artemi Panarin tallied a goal in the final minute of the first period to give the Rangers a 1-0 lead. Carolina tied the game in the second period, but Brendan Lemieux recorded a goal before the end of the middle frame to help the Rangers regain the lead and Filip Chytil notched a goal to extend the Rangers' lead to two in the third period. The Hurricanes scored a goal with 4:02 remaining in regulation, but Adam Fox tallied an empty-net goal to close out the scoring.
