Routes, timetables and prices
Effective from September 2019
Routes
For the 2019/20 academic year, there will be six routes:

Types of Pass
Full Pass This pass permits travel on five mornings and five afternoons each week in term time.
Half Pass This pass permits travel on either five mornings or five afternoons each week in term time. This is priced at 60% of the price of a Full Pass.
Single Journey Pass This pass permits a single one-way journey, and is priced at £5.00 for one-way travel, or £7.50 per day for a return trip. Subject to daily availability on each route, and priority is given to existing Full/Half Pass holders if the coach is full.
Sibling Discount We offer a sibling discount on school transport charges of 25% for the second child, and 50% for the third and subsequent children.

CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
All pupils must comply with the following conditions for the safety and comfort of all passengers.
Pupils must arrive at the arranged bus stop five minutes before the time shown in the timetable.
Pupils must wear seatbelts at all times and remain in their seats while the vehicle is in motion.
Inappropriate behaviour or damage will be reported and investigated. CCTV is installed on most coaches and will be used as evidence in any investigation.
Passes are not transferrable between pupils, nor can they to be used on any other route.
Bus passes are to be shown to the driver on every journey.
Pupils are responsible for their own belongings and must ensure that there are no items obstructing the aisles at any time.
Any lost property is to be collected from the offices of the coach operators.
Pupils must not board the vehicle in dirty sports kit, they must change into clean clothing before travel.
Single journey passes are subject to daily availability on each route, and priority is given to existing Full/Half Pass holders if the vehicle is full.
In order to prevent delays to departure, pupils should let School Reception know by lunchtime at the latest if they have booked travel but do not intend to use the School transport home on that particular day.
Cancellation: One full terms notice in writing is required to cancel School travel agreements. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in charges being payable.
Failure to abide by these conditions could result in the withdrawal of a pupil’s travel pass at any time with no refund of fees paid.
